Welcome to paperbagsandwich.co (the “Site”), operated by Paper Bag Sandwich Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and business purposes related to our products and services. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in any way other than through the interface we provide.

Orders, catering & quotes

• Menu items, availability, and pricing may change at any time. Items are made fresh daily and are available while supplies last.
• A catering request submitted through the Site is a request for a quote, not a confirmed order. An order is confirmed only once we reply and agree on the details.
• We aim to respond to catering requests within 24 hours.
• Online orders, gift cards, and payments are handled through our third-party ordering platform and are subject to that platform’s terms.

Cancellations & changes

For catering orders, please give us as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel. Because our food is made to order, changes requested close to your event date may not be possible. We will confirm any cancellation terms when we confirm your order.

Text messages (SMS)

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, we may send you text messages such as order and catering updates and occasional news, promotions, or offers. Text messages are sent through our messaging providers, Klaviyo and Square.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase. Agreeing to receive marketing texts is never required to buy anything from us.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any message at any time. For help, reply HELP or contact us at info@paperbagsandwich.co. Opting out of texts will not affect other communications, such as email.
• Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier, and we are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Allergens

Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, tree nuts, and peanuts. We cannot guarantee that any item is free of a given allergen. If you have a food allergy, please tell us before ordering.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the Paper Bag Sandwich Co. name, logo, text, graphics, and photographs — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites, such as our online ordering platform, gift card store, or social media. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites, and their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability
